Return Policy is as follows:
If you receive merchandise that does not function like it should, (it's broken), return shipping information and instructions will be provided to you, once we receive it, a replacement will be shipped to you.
Buyer's Remorse (I changed my mind): Buyer's remorse issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, as some of our products are custom built, and not returnable.
Wrong item: Highly unlikely, as each order is triple checked for accuracy before it leaves here, but on the off chance this happens, I will handle shipping if the item back to On Stage Solutions, and the correct item will be shipped to you upon arrival.
